I am becoming a fan of the "New World" Southern Hemisphere wines. This classic Sauvignon Blanc is bright, lively, crisp with a citrus zest and grapefruit overtones. Blending of Semillon Viognier grapes for body and texture from its lifted aromatics to a smooth palate density it's a go to summer wine even if we still have snow up here in the Northern Hemisphere. Enjoy
