Second take on this one because I really enjoyed it the first time and we even went back to buy a couple of bottles to bring back home. Previous notes stand and we had it with food this time around and it works super well with white meat cooked on the grill and light summer veggie and salad dishes. Last evening in the Polish mountains. We will come back.

Polish pet nat which is drinking like a mix of good cider, good IPA with a bread, yeasty almost pastry quality to it. Spotted by my wife at a local Lidl, we bought a few to bring back home because this is an up and coming Polish winery, and I'm not disappointed. Not sure about a sense of place or which varietal they use, but it does the trick quite well. Polish pet nat scene is quite astonishing when I come to think about it. There is no preconception of what to do, so here they go and innovate.
