I’ll admit that I got this purely for the Grateful Dead. I’ve had it for several years. Has some juiciness but lots of alcohol.

I can't remember the last time I saw this. I'll let you know about it this week.

Nice red blend paired with BBQ ribs. Red jamb and pepper, tobacco on the finish. Enjoyed.

Epic band, better than expected wine. Thought this would be terrible. Mendocino, CA blend. Cost $15. Tastes like $25. As always, the Grateful Dead giving their fans a little extra. And the acidity...

The 2012 is Zin-like! Fruit & spice and everything nice. Fruit up front, with a lingering peppery finish. This red blend remains a great daily driver. Be careful, the 14.5% will 'steal your face' if you don't check yourself!

Like a Zinfandel. Fruity up front with spice on the finish. I like this style of wine.
