Upon first tasting this Pinot with the winemaker I loved it. It's a beautiful light red, almost dark rose, and had nice character. Upon buying a case the Pinot had faint vinegar notes, but maintained the nice light bodied texture. With a touch of chill the Pinots fruit came through, strawberries, cranberries all with that original acid. A bit of air and an age I'm sure will lend a good going for it.
