Jan 25th, 2025Funky and strange label. Color is good. Red, red wine. Aroma is nice. Herbs. Berries. Linseed oil maybe. But very subtle. Flavors are pungent and complex. Herbal. Fresh herbs like basil and marjoram. Also some star anise and a lovely fruit-driven streak. Balanced and lovely. Artfully made.
