I was skeptical of a Rhubarb Wine from Minnesota, but surprisingly was a delightful combination of sweetness and tart rhubarb flavor. A light pink wine, that should probably be a sparkling moscato as it tastes equally as sweet. (Winehaven Rhubarb Wine)
