I could drink this every day. Beautiful translucent ruby color. Nose of raspberries, orange peel, and sandalwood. Pure, weightless, and exquisitely balanced on the palate. Stylistically more on the delicate side of the range of Pinot Noir. No trace of alcohol heat, nothing out of place - just lovely.

Remarkable, classic Burgundian style. Tried another bottle, just getting into its prime at six years. Tart cherries, nuanced spice, subtle French oak. Pronounced acidity keeps it fresh and lively.
