Nice crisp sauv blanc that works Nicely in warm weather. It will go well with crab when the season starts in 5-6 weeks.

Another strong showing from a Windy Oaks White. I would have expected to prefer the SCM Sauvignon Blanc, but tasted side-by-side the Meador was much more to my liking. Seems slightly less than dry, balanced with good acidity though, interesting mineral notes. Lots of tropical fruit.
