No formal notes. Fruit driven but pretty good. A little rough.

Red fruits on the nose. Dry on the palate with good amount of acidity. Slightly bitter aftertaste that goes away after few minutes on the glass. Still a bit young even after 7 years on the bottle.

Paso pinot - who knew? These are elegant with plenty of mineral, herb and sour cherry. Good crunchy acidity.
