Very closed at first but opened up to a nice fruity bouquet with a touch of mineral. Balanced acidity and very rich. I don't love this wine but I liked it with my goat cheese & bacon ravioli. This wine definitely needs food, it's too much on its own. I bought it because I stayed at a bed and breakfast at Brosseau vineyards and loved the land.

Apple, hint of citrus, floral, wet stones on nose. Great minerality, has surprising weight to it. Coats the mouth quite nicely with a long, lovely finish. Great job @Pax Mahle!
