The descriptions of this wine are dead on. Fragrant red and black fruit aromas. Rich, bold, assertive fruit on the palate, but with the right amount of acid to prevent it from being over-extracted. Surprisingly well-balanced for Paso (could be TA additions,) and could drink well on its own or with funky cheese.
