How was your #ChardonnayDay? I won’t lie, we had two really great bottles to celebrate. This 2017 100% #Chardy bubbles from @willowbridgeestate in WA’s #Geographe Region was the first bottle we popped. We actually picked this up at Perth’s #UnWinedSubiaco festival last year. I’m as surprised as you that it lasted this long in my household 😲

In the glass it’s a pretty pale yellow with tiny bubbles streaming up from the bottom of the glass. On the nose it’s über fresh with crisp citrus, just baked bread and hints of nuts. While in the mouth it has a beautiful soft texture and it most definitely quenches thirst. More please!
