Willm NV Brut Blanc de Blancs (Alsace) - honey-dipped sweet pears, maybe even gourmet sour keys!

Very nice sparkling wine. Nice acidity and clean finish.

Green apples on the nose. Mouth watering acidity. Notes of Granny Smith apples and lemons on the palate. Great with roasted chicken.

Hmmm. The fizz seems to flop. Has good flavor but tastes more like a still wine than champagne. I’m a little disappointed😟

Bubbly - very good for the price

Round fruit with pears, honeysuckle, and cloves/spices.

Easy drink. A lot of perlage 👌🏻

Great wine for the price point. Lends itself well to a variety of cocktails (we bought it for Kirs) and is quite pleasant and enjoyable on its own. We'll be grabbing a case of this baby and keeping it on standby.
