Central Coast Chardonnay

Buttery, simple, and hint of vanilla.

Straw in color with a golden hue.

Oaky nose with vanilla, cedar, lemons, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, bitter almonds and spices.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity, crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with vanilla, oak, lemons, apples, pears, herbs, spices and white pepper.

Short finish with bitter almonds.

This is a simple California Chardonnay. Good right out of the bottle and drinking nicely now.
Well balanced and refreshing. A bit oaky for my taste, but not offensive at all.

Refreshing when very chilled and a nice wine to have by the pool.

13.8% alcohol by volume.

Hotel wine usually isn't very good.

Stunningly good! Great vanilla toast lead-in opens up to a well balanced citrus handshake that rides along a jet stream of smooth, full bodied greatness. Nice, supple and satisfying finish rounds out the glass..

Crisp and bright.

THIS is the last bottle. Good. But crispy was better.

Keeping character as Chardonnay, this provides me good balance of flavor and taste. Perfect matching with seafood such as oyster and clam.
