Aug 22nd, 2020This was a lot of fun. It’s like if a wine cooler was actually cool. I love that the piquette was reconstituted with apple juice instead of water. It’s unlike anything I’ve had before. Kudos to William Heritage for making this unique wine and for putting it together as part of their online tasting box, which was a lot of fun.
