Holy ‘critter label’ Batman! Yellow in glass. Aroma of classic CA Chard. Butter and butterscotch. Maybe a golden apple. Tastes better than it smells. Acids are present. Bit of pineapple and something hard to define. Not much bitter, but it’s got a few tannins. This is passable white. Not too buttery and rich for CA chard. It’s nothing special, but I’d drink it in a pinch.
