Wilde Witte White Solaris Blend

Vintage 2023 | Biodynamic wine from Chaam in the south of Netherlands. Made of Solaris, Sauvignac and Johanitter. Unfiltered and thus not totally clear. No chemicals or sulfite used. A lot of good intentions and I bow my head for every Dutch vintner. But honestly: we washed away our mussels with it and there came no smile on our faces. High acidity.

Verjaardagswijn ter ere van mijn 34e verjaardag. Drinkt lekker weg. Smaakt zoetig maar droog.
