Smooth, luscious palate of ripe black fruit with a finish of minerals and oak. Drinking very well now. Blend of Syrah (25%), Grenache (25%), Mourvedre (25%), Zinfandel (15%), and Tempranillo (10%).

Color of different shades of purple with a touch of ruby. Nose of dark fruit, especially saturated cherry jam, and raisin. Taste follows the nose with addition of salty mineral, sweet juicy note, oak, subtle acidity like balsamic vinegar, a bit black tea, a bit honey/flowering note, a bit oak, and a bit strength of alcohol. Aftertaste of tea flavor shows up pretty well. A blend with flavors yet not heavy.
