Mexican Cake Imperial Stout

This beats Abraxas for me. I never thought I’d have a better stout with hot peppers but this is amazing. The nose and front palate are smooth, clean, milk chocolate with vanilla and hint of spice. Not too sweet, then the back end habanero cuts through and you’re shocked at first, but ultimately it is the perfect complement and you’re left pondering how amazing these flavors meld together. Perfection!
