Very elegant and balance Cab from Sonoma. The perfect amount of oak adds butter some tannin and spice but the varietal shines with luscious red plum, black berries and pepper.

Aged beautifully. Typical Wellington. Too bad Peter retired.

Ok. A bit tart.

Fruity. Tastes good but not a lot of complexity.

A little drier and earthier than I really like but overall a good cab.
