A see-God wine for me.

Bone dry Mosel Riesling with enough acidity to give you a hint of dry-mouth on the finish. White grapefruit, lemon and wet slate. Not a ton of complexity but nice, lingering finish. Good intro to German Riesling if you really like Sauvignon Blanc.

This is like spending a week in some stone monastery. The ultimate reset button for your palate.

Pure mineral and Mosel slate. Wowzers.

Single vineyard and single site. Super high acid!
