Mineral-forward; the acid and sweetness play a subtle supporting role; stony aromatics with peachy, floral accents.

Light weight, high power. Delightful freshness, cuts into BBQ brisket, washes down rice & beans...like a boss. Or Meister, as the case may be.

2013. Tiny bit of sweetness on the attack but a beautiful line of acidity through the midpalate to the finish. Fantastic with foie gras and brioche with diced pink lady apples and balsamic reduction. Delicious!

Taser in a bottle. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ acid, and that was before I got to the tartrate crystals in the last glass. Ample fruit, but that acid tho. If this is where the entry level wines are, I can't wait to try the more serious '15s. Holy. Moley.
