Flavors of ripe green melon, lychee, white peach, dried apricots, lemon zest and brilliant white flowers. Hint of wet stones on the very spicy finish. Bright and crisp acidity. Medium-plus body and a viscous mouthfeel. Quite dry and food friendly. Starting to oxidize a bit. Solid.
