An unexpected surprise from my Elvies wine club box. It paired well with an arugula salad, mixed with beets, watermelon, radish, goat cheese, and a tart vinaigrette. Top notch! If you would have said Riesling, I would have never guessed! It was really good!

What a thoroughbred Riesling! 9 out of 10. Definitely recommended! If you'll be lucky enough to find it, of course. :))
