Rounded out a bit compared to the acid I was expecting, but still very delicious. Normal Riesling tasting notes, don't know enough about Rieslings of this age to know what's expected. Very enjoyable

Deep, dry, waxy aromas with notes of white peach and minerals. Rich, juicy and powerful on the palate. Layered and deep with flavors of ripe peach and clean minerality balanced by racy, bright acidity. The finish reveals slight sweetness and deep minerality.
