Very light and bright. Underripe strawberry and a touch effervescence on the palate. Not a ground breaking rose, but sure dials it up on the pleasure factor. Better than lager when it's 102.

Bright vibrant pink with a crisp floral nose and on the palate, a hint of sweetness very nicely offset by firm acidity. Great with salmon and with braised octopus. Delicious
