Citrus & mineral.

Vegetal w/ some cat piss, apple peel.

Light and flowery. Don't drink with anything that has a strong flavor. Stick to white fishes.

Enjoyed at Acacia for our 2 year wedding anniversary celebration with another delicious prix fixe meal ... I had lentil/bacon/potato soup, duck confit and an apple/pear dessert with ice cream. The wine was floral and acidic -- $33 for the bottle.
