Apple, pear, a bit of honey and a bit of chalk. It's simple yet delicious. The palate is less rich than the Schloss Fels number I had yesterday, but the apple/pear notes and the nice acid drive are making it sing. There is a bit of grip in the rear, with almost a phenolic, tannic layer, and a long fruity finish with a bit of a zing to it. No citrusy notes, less richness, more drive. I like it ! Oh and for less than 10 euro retail price.
