somewhat surprised but the level of dryness in this bottle. More one dimensional of a wine than I was hoping for. This worked well as an aperitif with its lingering acidity.

Lots of fresh limes, stone fruits, subtle honey suckle. Very limey, tons of acid, dry with stone fruits. & lots of minerals..

Such an amazing German Riesling! Starts off very fresh and fruity, very very high acidity, I didn't need my enamel. Lots of lime , slate, and stonefruit remind of a rich a margarita.
