2020. We love the idea of The Feast of the Seven Fishes, but for some reason, I always make too large of portions and we can’t finish all seven in one meal… much better to make it an all day affair beginning with bagels and smoked salmon for breakfast then add more throughout the day!

Dec 24th, 20242020. My first bottle after buying a case 3 months ago after we loved the 2019. Wife and daughter have really enjoyed a few bottles of the 2020 and I see why. Made for an elevated RedZone snack with goat and cow bries.

Sep 29th, 2024After enjoying the Tement SB earlier, we decided to try another and we were so glad we did. This SB retained the tropical and citrus aromas and flavors, but the barrel aging rounded out the mouthfeel and finish. My daughter has never been so enthusiastic about a wine before! Ordered some from Rosenthal before leaving the restaurant!
