Acid an botrytis. Canned pineapple and other tropical fruits. This worked very well in this vintage. I was extremely surprised by how short this lasted on the table. It makes me reconsider my understanding of Knoll wines. Could it be that they are phenomenal and not palate-fatiguing for more than one glass?
