Vintage 2012 / clearly development in colour. In smell vanilla and gôut de petrol compete who will win... minerals, good balance, not lightfooted, medium weight. Lovely paired with a classic asparagus dish with egg and ham. Makes my day, this riesling.

Dinner with Lum brothers and visiting Grafs. Beautiful golden color, floral complex oily yet balanced nose with great texture and finish. Went so well with the Chinese dishes from Ting Wong. Yum.
