Pale straw but some really strong green secondary coloration.
The aroma or let's go bouquet is constantly changing as it warms and breathes in the glass. I get cotton candy, turning into honeysuckle with mineral undertones and...is that menthol?
It's a bit tight unless you incorporate a nice loud air slurp, then it opens with a nice body and texture and near perfect acidity. A touch of bitter and raw green veggie before clearing and leaving a short neutral finish.

Nach unten der Vergleich zu Dollt für 2 EUR weniger die Flasche, da ist sein Pteis gerechtfertigt. Nach oben von Herbstfüllung, Bechtheimer S geschmacklich nicht weit entfernt.
