The first two days it was slightly out of balance: petrol nose but a touch sweet and lots of acid. Today it was absolutely locked in. The nose was really strong diesel when first opened, it had settled into wax and a plastic jug filled with the coldest clearest water. Some roses lime on the nose too. Drinking it is like the perfect melted frozen margarita, slightly oxidized lime on the long finish. I could easily drink the whole bottle in an hour.
