Stelvin closure, opened 24H prior for slow oxidation, no decant.

An Austrian White field blend. Apparently 14 different varieties so the Sommelier said. Hard to believe it was that many to be honest. Unctuous and textural are the words that come to mind. Gruner Veltliner is the predominant grape. Just had a glass of this delicious wine. Low acid.
