Schiefer Trocken Riesling

Very good entry level wine from this estate. Trocken, with slightly sweet and zesty lemon and mineral in the aftertaste. Time to pour another glass!

White peach, green lemon peel and a touch of linden honey + pronounced flinty minerality. Unmistakably Mosel, lift, delightful and not overly complex. Nice find!
