Strong in color, tart, over riped pear, the finish drops off a lot, has a mouth, nose but it’s a little bit gone. Good with Thai food. Low alcohol with high heat brings out flavor.

Was a phenomenal Riesling Spätlese. Wonderful notes of a consist fruit. I wanted to find a perfect wine with Chinese and this was it. Paired fantastically. Singapore noodles, wonton in hot sauce and rice paired wonderfully. Gives you the sweet taste to counter the Chinese salty and spicy flavors. Great pairing with ethnic food. Will make sure to always have a bottle around just in case!!!
