This is how a Pinot Gris is supposed to be. It's tight with a fresh, well balanced acid, but still It's a complex, big wine. We have a lot of fruit and herbs in a nice mix. Well done, doctor!

Also a first here as I bought it by mistake 🤐. I found this Orange wine reminiscent of a Rosé but with more honeysuckle. Would be excellent in summer but for the price i wouldn't necessarily buy it again.
