A richer, yet unoaked style of PB, with shy whit flowers, ripe pears & golden delicious apples with a pinch of nutmeg.
On the palate this is round, mellow, with pure fruit and juicy acidity. V. food & highly drinkable even if missi a touch of depth & mineral backbone like the best PBs from Südtirol.
