Not at all what I expected. One of the most expensive whites I have ever purchased and definitely the most expensive Riesling. Not a huge white fan but have a new appreciation of the complexity of Riesling and was interested in what a $60+ bottle could do. Love the dry citrus, but reminded me more of my favorite Sauvignon Blancs than the kind of D’yquem complexity potential of good Riesling.
