Just wow. Like grand cru chardonnay but from styria. Very ripe notes of pineapple, quince, honeymelon; some caramell, some coconut, some vanilla, very creamy, salty minerality, buttery, smooth. Very dense, oily texture. Drank with a fine wagyu rib eye (wasn‘t into red wine that evening) and this matched so well.
