2014 was just bottled in September, and delicious right or of the gate. Lean fruit, racy acidity and that amazing red slate minerality just keeps me coming back for more. These vines are 75 to over 100 years old.

After some air, bouquet really opens up. Lemons mist, lavender fields, grapefruit zest.
Lemon oil, clementine juice, minerality, sure. But I’m getting just more of that supple, sunny, citrus and gushing Elysian meadows
