Apr 26th, 2026Good, fleshing out nicely. Petrol is beginning to develop and it is more sweet and integrated with the acidity which has mellowed a bit down v.s. early bottles. Still more to come however. Might improve one or two points. Paired with home made pizza.

Clean, clear and bright. Lemon zest, soft spices in the background, lovely acidic frame. Some piquancy in the finish.
