Good, fleshing out nicely. Petrol is beginning to develop and it is more sweet and integrated with the acidity which has mellowed a bit down v.s. early bottles. Still more to come however. Might improve one or two points. Paired with home made pizza.

Jan 5th, 2024Concentrated yellow color. In the nose really fragrant with typical strong notes of petrol followed by lemon zest and wet gravel with a honey melon finish . On the palate crispy and fresh, more on the dry side. The petrol is really present also on the palate accompanied by stone fruits, lemon with sharp acidity and overall super nice balance. The finish full of mold. Incredible complex and well balanced wine. ❤️🔥

Clean, clear and bright. Lemon zest, soft spices in the background, lovely acidic frame. Some piquancy in the finish.
