This is refined like Keller. Super pure. Super ripe and yet so mineral. Chewy, so pure. Finish just dissipates. So so mineral. This wine used to be a wild child but now it is a mature person. Jan 27th, 2019Day 2 notes. Citrus, potpourri, flowers, so serene and aromatic. Peach and apricot as well. Palate is stunningly elegant and fresh with superb harmony and cut. Long citrusy finish. Complex, chewy and dense all while remaining elegant. Long finish. Terrific.
