Good but also very awkward. Seems closed. All fruit skins on the palate. Almost a fruit roll up vibe. Good acid and density and super mineral and fresh but structured and closed. Terrific length. Let’s see.

After a few hours the fruit flesh has developed from the fruit skin. The nose has become more honeyed. It’s dense as can be but fresh and energetic. This is as big a Hergott as there was. Almost a 9.5.
