Lemon zest, some custard, highly mineral on the nose. Florals and tropical fruits still pretty restrained. A hint of RS but basically dry. Granitic; austere. Needs time.
Night 3 and this is phenomenal. Time will be kind.

It’s easy going…Petrol on the nose, with a wisp of honey. Quite soft, yet crisp on the palate. David pointed out the sugar, and it’s evident. This would pair nicely with foie gras. Tasing white peach and lemons on the finish. Moderate acidity - drinking window is now.

An absolutely killer bottle of wine. Played nice with everything from anchovies to Camembert to lamb. Generous fruit but plenty of refreshing cut. Could drink this every day.
