May 7th, 20172014 vintage. Little bit of bruised apple and pear on the nose, though seemingly fresher on the palate. Mineral and a little spönti funk, though definitely not excessive. Yellow apple, canteloupe rind, pear, mirabelle plum, little bit of stale baking spices on back end. Very complex and tasty. Thanks, Chris Opdyke!
