Chiseled and stony. Lime and slate. Acid in spades. Blind tasters were leaning Albariño and I don’t blame them. Uncharacteristic for the hotter/fatter vintage. Can’t find a lot on this wine and don’t know if “Hofberg Reserve” is an entirely different bottling than “Hofberg”.

Skin, pulp, zest, juice, seed and mineral. I'm always amazed when Riesling captures the whole spectrum of fruit so gracefully; apples to citrus to peach to tropical and so on in both flavor, texture and condition. Then the minerals.. so good

Ripe Riesling from Andreas Adam. In the nose tropical fruit , in the taste clear and creamy but some bitters and acids which I don't like at all ..... I prefer to drink this wine younger
