A golden hue with petrol aroma. A classic Riesling with botrytis to sweeten the grapes. The sweetness is actually just right, not overly sweet. I saw an article that said a Beerenauslese went great with Snickerdoodle cookies. So my wife made some Snickerdoodles for dessert. Yum!!!!
